Grazia magazine are reporting that Victoria is following the eating programme before being seen in public for the first time at New York Fashion Week which is being held September 8 to 15.
The regime consists of having just five handfuls of food a day and a source told the publication she has been snacking on tiny portions of smoked salmon, prawns with chilli, yellow-fin tuna sushi and scrambled eggs.
'Victoria wants to be in the best shape she can in time for New York Fashion Week,' the insider claimed. 'Five days after giving birth, she started eating five high-protein meals a day accompanied by green vegetables, drinking gallons of water, and only snacking on goji berries and nuts.'
She has also been doing gentle exercise at the $150,000 a month rented Malibu beach house that she and her family have been enjoying.
While husband David and their sons; Brooklyn, 12, Romeo, eight, and Cruz, six, have frequently been seeing playing on the beach and surfing in the ocean, the former Spice Girl has not made an appearance.
'Victoria's been doing gentle post-natal exercises and ten minutes of Pilates,' the insider shared.
'n a few weeks' time she'll pick up her normal gym routine again and start training with Tracy Anderson.'
