BlackBerry services collapse in three continents. Blackberry users in Africa, Europe and Asia have been cut off due to a fault at RIM, the Canada-based manufacturer of the popular device, the Telegraph reported on its website.

Millions of users were unable to connect to web services, use instant messaging or send e-mails.

A spokesman from RIM was not available for comment.

T-Mobile UK tweeted, “There is an issue with Blackberry services at present. RIM are investigating this at present," on its official Twitter account.

Apple sues Amazon over 'Appstore' name, alleging trademark infringement
Apple has filed a lawsuit against Amazon accusing the Web retail giant of copyright infringement over the name "app store."

The complaint, filed Friday, is over the name of Amazon's new store for mobile phone applications: It's called "Amazon Appstore."
Apple calls its iOS app store "App Store" and alleges that the Amazon Appstore name is too close -- illegally close -- to its trademark.

"Recently, Amazon has begun improperly using Apple's APP STORE mark in connection with Amazon's mobile software developer program," Apple said in its complaint. "Amazon has also taken actions which, on information and belief, evidence Amazon's intent to improperly use Apple's mark in connection with Amazon's mobile software download service. Amazon's present and intended uses are unauthorized and unlawful."

Amazon has yet to officially launch the Amazon Appstore, which is set to sell apps for Google's Android mobile operating system and be integrated into Amazon.com. Amazon began accepting developer submissions to its Amazon Appstore developer portal in January.
Officials at Amazon were unavailable to comment on the lawsuit Monday.


Apple's suit said Amazon had not responded to any of Apple's company-to-company complaints over the Appstore name.

Haiti — Musician Wyclef Jean said Sunday that a bullet grazed his hand as he stepped out of a car to make a telephone call, but said he was only slightly injured.

Jean, who has been in Haiti helping the presidential campaign of his friend and fellow musician Michel "Sweet Micky" Martelly, said the bullet grazed him late Saturday night as he stepped out of his car in the Delmas section of the capital, Port-au-Prince, to make a call on his cellphone.

"The way I can explain it is that the bullet grazed me in my right hand," Jean told The Associated Press in a telephone interview. "I heard blow, blow, blow, and I just looked at my hand."


Jean, who was with a driver and the Haitian hip-hop singer FanFan at the time, said he didn't know who fired the shots, or whether they were directed at him.

He said he got out of the car to have a private conversation that FanFan would not overhear. He heard the shots and looked down to see blood on his shirt and sneakers.

She is involved in hacker attacks as a ‘money mule’, she steals money from U.S. banks and send it over to overseas hackers. It has been investigated that Kristina used Zeus Trojan or Malware to steal money from different bank accounts. She is also involved in using malware other than Zeus.


Now the question is how hackers transfer money in their bank accounts? Hackers use fake accounts to transfer money in their bank accounts. Kristsna used computer virus to get into the victim’s bank account.

Kristina also used a fake Greek passport to open a bank account in New York. Kristina entered the U.S in June 2009. Now FBI is hunting her!

The social-media giant continues its foray into the video market with live baseball.

 

Facebook has started a little spring training of its own.


The social-networking giant is offering users live streaming of Major League Baseball games. The service was introduced this week, featuring a game of the day from baseball's spring training season.



The games are largely a promotion to lure subscribers to MLB.TV's $120 season-long subscription package. But the move also looks like a warm-up to Facebook's ongoing push in to the nascent streaming-video market.


Last week, Facebook and Warner Brothers Digital started a movie-rental demo with a $3 Batman video, "The Dark Knight." While a small step, it was seen as a threatening venture into the streaming businesses of Netflix (NFLX) and Amazon (AMZN).

The move into live sports, however, is a bold new direction that puts Facebook on a direct path toward one of the prime offerings of cable shops like Comcast (CMCSA), Time Warner Cable (TWC) and Cablevision (CVC).



Facebook's MLB service comes after a recent push by Apple (AAPL) to sell a $15 MLB.TV application for iPad users.



Facebook has a large built-in audience of 600 million users that it can treat to expanded service offerings. But rivals have the challenge of trying to sell expansive service offerings to a not-so-loyal subscriber base.

After less than two years together, the couple have split, multiple sources confirm to UsMagazine.com. Reps for both Cooper and Zellweger had no comment.

"Limitless" star Cooper, 36, first met Oscar winner Zellweger, 41, six years ago on the set of their thriller
"Case 39," but romance didn't bloom until summer 2009.

(In the interim, both stars had short-lived marriages: Cooper to actress Jennifer Esposito, Zellweger to singer Kenny Chesney. Both unions petered out in less than six months.)

After being photographed dining together in New York in July 2009, the duo were spotted kissing in Spain in early August; the next week, he took her to his Philadelphia hometown.

Although the Dave Matthews Band, the Rolling Stones, the Eagles and some other groups have chosen to take the year off from touring in the wake of a rough 2010, other bands are predicted to see 2011 as their breakout year, including Zac Brown Band and Mumford & Sons. Linkin Park are planning to tour, and you'll find plenty of classic-rock combos and solo packages: Santana, Steve Miller, the Moody Blues, REO Speedwagon, Jethro Tull and other boomer stalwarts will be on the road.

The country market remains strong with Tim McGraw, Toby Keith, Brad Paisley and more going out. Prince will tour, as will Alison Krauss and Robert Plant . As always, Radiohead rumors swirl, but there's nothing firm.
