On the heels of their 1-year wedding anniversary, former Lizzie McGuire star Hilary Duff took to her blog to share the big news that she and hubby Mike Comrie are expecting their first child!“Baby makes three!!!” the excited 23-year-old posted on her official blog on Sunday afternoon, confirming that Hilary and her professional hockey player beau are having a baby. Married on Aug. 14 in Santa Barbara, Hilary couldn’t be happier to be moving forward with Mike, 30, after a year together, proclaiming that they are, “Ready to start this new chapter in our lives.”
And since Hilary is happy, mom Susan Duff must be just as over-the-moon excited as she told OK! after her daughter’s 2010 nuptials, “As a mother, this wedding fulfilled my every dream and expectation from my daughter, I wish for them the endless joy that both of my children have given me.”
