The singer helped famous Beverly Hills jeweler Jason Arasheben design the fancy bauble, which contains over 12 carats of multicolored rubies and white diamonds set on 14-carat gold, according to TMZ. a 6 percent profit. Her latest buy is a 5,173-square-foot compound in Studio City, Calif., boasting five bedrooms and six-and-a-half bathrooms on 1.15 acres (pictured), Zillow reports. The house also has a saltwater pool, home gym and lots of security. Think this one's a keeper?

Pricey Purchase: $55 million on a G5 jet

SB got pretty high on his 21st birthday -- literally! The "Crank That" rapper dropped $35 mil on a G5 jet to commemorate the occasion, TMZ reports. But that's not all! He also spent an additional $20 mil to pimp it out,

putting in 12 custom Italian leather seats, flat-screen TVs, four liquor bars, a travertine tiled floor and Brazilian hardwood cabinets. He also renovated the bathroom and had the jet painted to include his logo. Watch out, Donald Trump -- Soulja may have a flyer ride than you!

Curbed.com that she's also snagged a new place in her adopted hometown of Nashville -- a 5,600-square-foot, four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom mansion with a pool and a 2,000-square-foot guesthouse called Northumberland Estate -- for $2.5 mil. Hey, she's gotta have something to come home to!
